No More Curse

Scripture Reading: Revelation 22
“And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him,” Revelation 22:3.

No More Curse

Father I thank you. I give you glory and honour; for your Word is settled, and you are our Emmanuel.

The Bible says, “And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads. And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever,” Revelation 22:1–5.

Serving God affords us the grace to encounter the things that accompany salvation. We will see the face of the Lord Jesus, His name shall be on our foreheads, and there shall be no night or day, for the Lord God gives us light and we shall reign forever. Are you preparing yourself to see God’s face?

It is a great thing to walk in the light of God and serve the Lord. Recurring references to serving the Almighty are made throughout the Bible. If you serve the Almighty, He will be your God and there will be no more curses operating in your life. Whenever a curse comes against you, the throne of God shall place an exception. Revelation 22 describes a life where no curse can operate because whenever a curse arises, the throne of God judges it and the Lamb of God presents the atonement. His servants shall serve Him, they shall work for Him and they shall see His face. When you do not serve God, you only hear about Him. When you serve Him, you will see His face. I encourage you to find a way to serve Him for it is a great thing to walk in the light of God.

Revelation 22:5 says you will reign forever. You will not die; you will live eternally. Like Paul, in 2 Timothy 4:8, you will get to that place with God where you can say I have finished my course, I have fought a good fight. You will be able to say “… and now there remaineth a crown…” which the righteous Judge will put before you and then you progress into eternity.

When Paul was killed, the body he lived in died, but he had already signed out. It is like somebody ransacking your apartment after you have moved out. Paul moved on to a place where he would reign forever. Many worry about life and then they worry about death. Do not worry; serve God for His servants shall see His face and they will have no night. Are you in a night season in your life? I pray that God will give you the grace to see His light, that the Lord Himself will give you light and you will reign forever.

The Lord will come quickly; blessed is He that keepeth the sayings of this book, Revelation 22:7. The Bible is filled with encoded mysteries but He decodes these deep mysteries to His own. He is telling you today that if you serve Him, you will see His face. If you surrender your life to Him, you will no longer operate under any oppressive curse because each time a curse surfaces, the throne of God will make an exception. How do you think people who serve God can perpetually keep at it, so that even when people think they are tired, they are refreshed? It is because they operate in the realm of no more curses. I pray that God will take us there today, to that realm where the throne of God and the Lamb reside and His servants serve Him.

Prayer Points:

Father I pray that in your mercy you will give us revelations from your book of Revelation. May we operate in the land of no more curses, where your throne will rise up and the Lamb will rise up and respond to every curse in the name of Jesus. I pray that your people will be free to serve you, to see your face, and there will be no more night in Jesus’ name. If you are in Christ, I pray that God will hold your hand and take you physically, spiritually, circumstantially, financially and emotionally to the realm of no more curses. Amen.
