Scripture Reading: Hosea 10:12

“Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the Lord, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.”

Journey of the Beloved Bride of Christ 2

The Bride of our Lord Jesus Christ, as I shared yesterday, prepares herself until she receives the fragrance of blessedness that manifests in favour before the King.

In Job 23:10, the Beloved Bride is processed, refined and pruned to perfection for a higher purpose, for when you marry Jesus He will groom you from good to better, better to best, from glory to glory. In Psalms, she praises and worships God through every blessing and challenge in her life.  Beloved, praise and worship God through every blessing and every challenge in your life. In Proverbs 4:7, the beloved of the Lord Jesus Christ is given accurate information and the ability to use it correctly in wisdom.  In Ecclesiastes 10:19, she ascertains that money is a defense and that money answereth all things.

In the Song of Solomon 6:3, the Bride of Christ has journeyed to a place where she can say with confidence, “I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine.”

Beloved, are you the beloved of the Lord? Can you say you belong to Him? And can He say you belong to Him? May that be your portion in Jesus’ name.

In Isaiah 6:8, the beloved of the Lord is able to say, “Here I am, send me.” In Jeremiah 1:4-10, the Bride is set over the nations and kingdoms to rule out, pull down, destroy, and throw down, and to build and plant the Kingdom of God. In Lamentations 3:23, she confesses His great faithfulness. In Ezekiel 3:8-9, the Bride’s face is made stronger against the face of her opponent, “As an adamant harder than flint have I made thy forehead: fear them not, neither be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house.“   Therefore, she is no longer afraid or dismayed.

In Daniel 2:37-45, the Bride of the Lord interprets dreams and visions of the Kingdom of God by the revelation of the Holy Spirit.  In Hosea 10:12, she sows to herself in righteousness and reaps in mercy, and she breaks up her fallow ground and seeks the Lord until He rains righteousness on her. In Joel 2, she rejoices for the Lord will do great things by raining on her the former and the latter rain and also to restore to her the years that the locusts have eaten.  In Amos 3:3, she agrees with God’s plans and walks with Him, and He reveals His secrets unto her.  In Obadiah 1:17, the Bride stands on Mount Zion and proclaims that there shall be deliverance and there shall be holiness and the house of Jacob shall possess her possessions.

In Jonah 2, the beloved of the Lord is drowned by diversion, prays for deliverance, and is restored to her purpose. In Micah 2:12, she is assembled with His remnant. In Nahum 1:9, she is assured that her afflictions shall not arise a second time. In Habakkuk 3:17-19, she walks in her high places. In Zephaniah 3:13-15, she does no iniquity, and fears no more, for the Lord her God in the midst of her is mighty.

In Haggai 2:19, the beloved of the Lord is made strong and is blessed forever. In Zechariah 3:1-4, Satan is rebuked on her behalf and she is redressed and redecorated. In Malachi 3:10, the Bride of the Lord tithes to God and the windows of heaven are opened on her behalf. Also, in Malachi 4:2, the Sun of Righteousness arises upon her with healing in his wings.

We have come to the end of the Old Testament in the journey of the Bride. I want to encourage you.  Do what He advises you to do in His Word.  Walk the beloved’s walk with God.

No matter how close you are to God; you can be closer still. I pray that you go from glory to glory on your journey as the Bride of Christ.

Prayer Points:

If you have never at any time given your life to the Lord Jesus Christ, pray with me and say, “Dear Lord Jesus, I accept you as my personal Lord and Saviour. Write my name in the book of life. Give me the grace to experience the anointing and the attributes of the Bride of Christ in the name of Jesus. Amen.
