Divine Financial Empowerment

Divine Financial Empowerment

Father, we praise you for the standard of your holy Word: the Bible. It is full of wisdom and directives for financial empowerment. May we be in compliance with your Word and be financially empowered by your grace.

There are two main sources of financial empowerment:

• Divine (celestial) empowerment enhanced by the application of biblical principles.

• Worldly (terrestrial ) empowerment based on human connections enhanced by appealing to and applying social network principles or covenanting with temporal powers.

For the Christian who has accepted Jesus, is filled with his Spirit, and is maturing the fruit and manifesting the gift of the Holy Spirit there is only one option of financial empowerment and that is divine empowerment. It maketh rich and addeth no sorrow.  It gives power to get wealth and fulfills the Lord’s wish that we prosper and be in health even as our souls prosper.  It instills in us the capability to operate in the realm of abundance, which is God’s signature.

The Bible says, “Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him. But God hath revealed them unto us by His spirit, 1 Corinthians 2: 9-10.  May the Holy Spirit give us revelation concerning divine financial empowerment.  As opposed to fundraising, we should

internalize the concept of fund rains from God to experience divine empowerment. God is able to cause all grace to abound to us. There are certain principles we must practice to experience divine financial empowerment:

• We must practice the principle of tithing.

• We must take seriously our role of financial trusteeship for the Lord and evolve into treasurers of divine resources.

• We must obey the directives of Deuteronomy 28 and experience the blessings that overtake.

• We must believe in divine empowerment through the prophetic pronouncement of Deuteronomy 33.

• We must practice the principles of empowerment stated in Job 22: 22-30.

• We must commence a higher level of faith exercise by having a ridiculous list that God will covert to reality by his faithfulness.

• Above all, we must pray for the grace of obedience to God and have an attitude of humility, meekness, zeal for God and His purposes and visions that provoke divine provision.

May God give us the grace to walk with his Holy Spirit, and experience divine financial empowerment in Jesus’ name.

Prayer Points:

O Lord, open the flood gates of your abundance and let fund rains fall on me.  Father God, financially empower me and make me a positive example of divine financial empowerment I pray in Jesus’ name.

Let divine financial empowerment override every curse or hindrance to my financial prosperity I pray in Jesus’ name.
